Здесь можно обсуждать вопросы взаимоотношений игроков и руководства FMJD.
Например, первый вопрос такой: Какая необходимость в приглашении дополнительного члена в комитет игроков исполкомом FMJD? Неужели не достаточно тех, кого выбрали сами игроки??
Я, честно говоря, полагал, что хотят пригласить кого-то из тех, кто не выдвигал свою кандидатуру (например Р. Бомстру или З. Голубеву), и тогда какой-то смысл в этом был. Но приглашать Ю. Не совсем таким представляю я себе обсуждение (в плане терминологии).
Но и даже дело не столько в Аникееве, сколько в том, какие решения и зачем принимаются исполкомом. На чем они основываются? Впечатление такое, что кому-то в исполкоме приходит в голову какая-то идея, он говорит: «а давайте сделаем так», и, особо не вникая, все голосуют «за». — Это по вопросам, которые касаются игроков.
Теперь, с появлением комитета игроков, такой подход (игроки предложили — исполком принял) был бы уместен. Но я бы не хотел, чтобы исполком узнавал о ситуации со слов Аникеева и вел с ним какие-либо обсуждения, как с представителем игроков, потому что во многих случаях Аникеев интерпретирует всё так, как ему выгодно, а не так как есть.
Теперь создали комитет игроков. Выборы состоялись. Всем, кого выбрали, лично я, доверяю.

Если там будет именно Комитет, а не один представитель, то не вижу ничего страшного, если они будут решать вопросы коллегиально. Почему бы в конце концов в Комитете не быть представителю от руководства ?»

The election for he FMJD players committee has been held in April.
There were 11 candidates:
Male players: Alexey Chizhov , Jean Marc Ndjofang , Alexander Shvarzman , Yuriy Anikyeyev , Gavril Kolesov, Butulis Benno, Daniele Macali, Igor Martynov
Female players: Vitalia Dumesh , Viktoria Motrichko, Natalia Sadovska, Darya TkachenkoAll players with the title MI/MIF or GMI/GMIF could vote.
The votes have been received and counted by Airat Nurgaziyev as representative of the Ethics committee and Janek Mäggi as president of the voting committee of the General Assembly 2015.
In total 46 players voted.
The two male players with the most votes were Alexey Chizhov and Jean-Marc Ndjofang, the two female players with the most votes Viktoriya Motrichko and Natalia Sadovska.
The FMJD Executive Council invited a fifth player for the committee : Yuriy Anikieiev.The task of this committee will be to advise the draughts world, the FMJD council and the General Assembly about all issues for players, official competitions, rules, etc. The may do so on request of the General Assembly or the FMJD council or on their own initiative.
At this moment Harm Wiersma and Natalia Sadovska are the players representatives in the FMJD council but, according to the IOC guidelines for a players committee, the committee chooses from among them the representatives of the players in the FMJD council.See also the IOC guidelines for an athletes committee.»

Спасибо, понял. Значит из этой пятёрки и будут выбирать. Логично было бы А. Чижова, но и В. Мотричко тоже неплохо.
Мог бы Юра представлять игроков в Совете Директоров ? Думаю что мог бы, если бы его выбрали.
Интересно, в таком составе Комиссии игроков, киллер-шашки прокатят ?

УхОдите от сути вопроса. А вопрос в том — зачем исполком от себя приглашает в комитет игроков еще кого-то? Они что, не доверяют выбору самих игроков?? С таких «мелочей» и происходит развал хороших начинаний.

Это тот вопрос на который нет ответа. Хотя наверное всё-таки есть — да, не доверяют.

Почему ??? Выбирали ведь не по рейтингу, а тех кого уважают и кому доверяют. Нормально выбрали.
Немножко прикольно, что из 5 членов нового Комитета — два с Украины.
Лучше конечно было бы действительно кого-нибудь из голландцев привлечь, того же Бомстру

Комитет еще не заработал, а уже ТАКИЕ идеи появляются. Чувствую: пойдёт дело! )А если серьезно, то было бы достаточно, чтобы решения игроков принимались исполкомом без проволочек. И конечно, сначала игроки должны что-то решить.
Но надо быть готовым к сценарию, при котором решения комитета игроков смогут вступать в силу лишь после одобрения на Генеральных Ассамблеях, где, как правило, совсем не до игроков.
Сейчас сложно сказать, станет ли players committee простой формальностью (лишь для удовлетворения требования олимпийского комитета), или с ним будут считаться.Надо отдать должное — идея хорошая!
Я вот ещё о чём подумал … возможно утверждение ЛЮБОГО решения слишком хлопотно и может затянуть Комиссию игроков в текучку и повседневные дела, которых миллион.
Но может быть хотя бы наиболее важные вопросы, скажем для начала хотя бы Календарь и любые решения / изменения по розыгрышу титула, должны утверждаться советом игроков.

2. As I read, 35 men and 11 women voted. Men were allowed to vote for men and women for women.
35 men= 70 votes. 21+15+ 11+ 9+ 6+ 4= 66 votes
11 women= 22 votes. 9+7+ 6=6= 28 votes.My question is: how this can be possible? Can somebody please explain.
3. I have also a proposal to choose at least one more additional candidate to the players committee from West European players to have even better representation.
As we noticed last time, some problems were happened which concern specifically west-European players.
These problems are not really actual for players from countries with government support of draughts but very painful for other players.Best regards,

Good question about the number of women votes; i have just forwarded the numbers of votes mentioned to me and was not so sharp about it as Vitalia is. May be some men have also voted for women candidates and these votes were erroneously counted. 66 votes from 35 men is quite reasonable as maybe not everyone voted for two names, but 28 votes from 11 women is not OK.
I will ask the members of the voting committee to come with clear results in accordance to the number of votes made.

Спасибо за информацию! Как видно, цифры голосов были сообщены только кандидатам. И то, не смогли сразу правильно посчитать!
Из 35 мужчин, только 6 отдали голоса за Аникеева, при том что голосовать можно было за 2 кандидатов. Теперь интересно будет узнать аргументацию по поводу выдвижения от исполкома именно Аникеева, а не Бутулиса или Шварцмана, например. Может, кто-то знает? )
