Похоже теперь надо благодарить Маркоса…..Только что глянул на голландский форум. Маркос вновь готов принять чемпионат мира среди мужчин в мае-июне 2010 (про женщин пока думает). Проблемы с документацией по аквариуму уже почти решил, обещает также включить в смету чемпионата (потерянные?) билеты.
Недолго мучалась старушка,недолго фраер танцевал….
Кажеться задумано Двойное ограбление с билетами.

и паникёр.Если бы сообщил раньше на 5 дней (до 17 -10-отъезд), мы могли поменять билеты на другие даты(в течение 12 месяцев).А теперь бабки пропали.Я бы с ним на месте руководства FMJD больше не связывался.
Единственный шанс тебе Алексей ,если будет в Бразилии,а так наврятли другая страна отдаст спонсорское место, как Маркос.

На форуме ФМЖД есть целая ветка, где обсуждают это различие. Насчёт моего единственного шанса пусть думают организаторы. Я же думаю, что Бразилия постарается всё же провести чемпионат. Если Маркос просто опустит руки, то пропадут те 100-150.000 евро, которые их федерация уже потратила.chaler Спонсорское место у Пима, а у меня место организаторов

Неужели непонятно, что если вновь будет ПРЕСТУПНАЯ система с финалами(а те кто не попал марш на Родину) ,то многие пролетят с билетами ещё раз??
Ведь ЭТО и слону понятно,а начальству почему-то нет. 😯

Смотрите нижние фото…..On the 1st of October FMJD received a letter from Mr. Lelio Marcos on behalf of
the Brazilian Draughts Federation that he had to cancel the World Championships
for Men and Women due to unforeseen problems. Mr. Marcos wrote that he had
lost the rights to receive the sponsorship and that according to federal law the
resources could no longer be transferred.
Subsequently FMJD got in touch with authorities in Brazil to investigate the
situation that arose. In this process we also involved IMSA and SportAccord of
which FMJD is a member. The messages that came through were that an
organisation in Brazil would be completely impossible. FMJD then started to
explore many options to organize the World Championships in early 2010. These
initiatives are not without chances. Much to our surprise FMJD received a letter on
the 21st of October from Mr. Marcos that he believes organising the World
Championship for Men in the first half of 2010 in Brazil would be possible and that
he would obtain the necessary permissions to have the specially developed
aquarium on the beach of Copacabana. Mr. Marcos’ letter is on the website of
FMJD.
However, it is not an automatism that FMJD now takes its own initiatives back in
favour of a new set up by Brazil. The board of the FMJD will not accept a
possibility in which for a second time the World Championship in Brazil may be
cancelled. The Executive Vice President of FMJD has written a mail to Mr. Marcos
stating that having the World Championship in Brazil would be fantastic but that
FMJD needs to have much more grip on the or~anization. In the Executive Board
meeting that was held in Belgium on the 18 of October we stated that the
organisation of a tournament should consist of a number of people and that one of
them preferably should be a local or national authority, for instance the Minister of
Sports. With such a broader organization there will be more support up to the
highest officials in the country. FMJD will also demand a financial guarantee for
instance in the form of a bank guarantee because we do not want to find ourselves
ever again in a situation that players and officials have ordered tickets already and
claim money from FMJD because the World Championships were cancelled and
there is hardly refund for their unused tickets. FMJD also wants to have clear
insight in budgets, sponsors etc.
With the above in mind we give Mr. Marcos the two weeks he asked for and a
decision about the General Assembly will be postponed until we have more
certainty around the organization in Brazil.Harry Otten,

The World Championships Blitz (open tournament)
Regulations:
•The tournament is open for Men and Women with unlimited participation
•The tournament will be played in Schloss Biesdorf in Berlin on 28 and 29 December 2009 see also http://www.stiftung-schloss-biesdorf.de/index.shtml
•Every federation can assign one man and one woman to participate in the tournament for whom three nights in a double room (two players in one room), meals and participation fee will be paid for by the IGDD/FMJD. The day of arrival is 27 December, the day of Departure 30 December
•For all other players the participation fee is ?50
•FMJD has, together with the IGDD, secured lodging in ‘Pro-social’ (www.pro-social.de) Players can choose a bedroom with 4 beds for ?19 pp, or a double bedroom for ?25 pp, or a single room for ?30. All options are inclusive of breakfast. All as long as available.
•Men and Women will play in the same tournament. The prize money is as follows:
◦Overall winner: ? 2,500
◦Overall second: ? 1,000
◦Overall third: ? 500
◦Best woman in tournament: ? 1,000
◦Second best woman in tournament: ? 500
•Federations and other players send their applications to fmjd.office@worldonline.nl AND to zioltkowski@t-online.de
•If you need a visa to come to Berlin, Germany, please inform FMJD and IGDD as quickly as possible and you will receive an invitation. Do this by mail to fmjd.office@worldonline.nl AND to zioltkowski@t-online.de
•All further regulations and invitations for referees for the tournament will be announced during the next few weeks by FMJD
•We urge you to make your interest known as quickly as possible and we urge the federations to write FMJD as quickly as possible saying which man and woman the federation’s places will be assigned. For participants who need a visa the deadline is December 1st and for those who do not need a visa the deadline is December 10th
•When you register for the tournament you will be personally responsible for the payment of the ?50 registration fee. We may demand from you to transfer your registration fee before the tournament starts
The FMJD General AssemblyThe FMJD General Assembly will be held alongside the World Championships Blitz in Schloss Biesdorf in Berlin. The agenda for the General Assembly will be distributed well in advance by the General Secretary of FMJD Mr. Frank Teer.
For the delegates, one per federation, FMJD, through third party sponsoring, will pay two nights in a single room and meals during the two days of the General Assembly. Additional representatives, for instance interpreters, can be lodged on the same conditions as players in the World Championships Blitz. Also representatives wanting to stay longer, can book on similar terms.
We kindly ask you to tell us as quickly as possible whether your federation will be present during the General Assembly in order for us to secure your rooms.
