The motiv is not new. In Damweelde, march 1967 you can find this 7×7:
04/08/13/19/22/25/45 — 15/30/33/34/40/49/50. Leen de Rooij & Jan Scheijen. Solution is: 349, 504, 28, 39, 9, 10 (18) 4 (24) 22 (12) 13 (29) 9 (33) 3 (18) 9 (23) 14 (29) 20 (34) 38.

Another problem I found from Lebourg has the same endgame, and the info here says: motiv Presburg. And there are certainly more problems if I would search for them, I suppose.

Your second problem was already in the book 300 Komposities, part 2. It must be made in 1988, but I don’t know the original source (if you know it, please tell me). Solution here is: 21, 27, 9, 10 (23) 4 (19) 13 (12) 24 (17) 8 (22) 13 (228) 24
